XC9131系列是内置0.2Ω(TYP.)Nch驱动晶体管及0.2Ω(TYP.)Pch同步整流开关晶体管的同步整流升压DC/DC转换器。降低内置晶体管的导通阻抗能高效率稳定地提供*大1.0A的电源。
从输入电压VIN=0.9V开始,负载为33Ω阻抗启动时,输出电压能达到3.3V。
内置0.5V(精度±10mV)的基准电压电源,使用外部元件能在1.8V～5.0V范围内设定输出电压。
