Gaia's MGDS-150 Series of High-Reliability DC-DC Converters are designed for higher operating temperatures of -40 to +105°C(optional -55°C) with input ranges required for typical military & airborne applications.

• S = Screening & Serialization
All 150W Series have leaded process: Add -L at the end of part number.
