According to the mid-year edition of the SEMI CapitalEquipment Forecast，semiconductor equipment sales in 2010 to reach$32.50 billion. The forecast shows that, 46% market decline in2009, equipment market will expand by 104% in 2010 and experienceannual growth of about 9% in 2011.

Wafer processing equipment to the largest product segment bydollar value, is expected to increase 107%, $24.57 billion in 2010.The forecast, assembly and packaging equipment market will grow to109% in 2010 to $2.95 billion. For semiconductor test equipmentmarket is expected to more than 100% growth, reaching $3.23 billionthis year.
