The RM73A is a Satellite Digital Modulator which conforms to both the BS (ARIB STD-B20) and CS (DVB-S) systems used in Japan. In the BS system mode, the modulation system can be switched automatically using TMCC information

	In BS mode, which conforms to the BS digital broadcasting standards (ARIB STD-B20) used in Japan, the modulation system can be switched automatically using TMCC information.
	In the CS mode, a wide range of bit-rate input conforming to the DVB standards can be input.
	The TS packet length can be changed to 188 Bytes, 204 Bytes, or 208 Bytes (only with the BS system).
	Digital waveform shaping filter allows to select root-cosine roll-off characteristics featuring 35% roll-off ratio or cosine roll-off characteristics.
