Zuken Joins Synopsys HSPICE Program




Zuken has joined the recently launched Synopsys HSPICEIntegratorProgram as part of the company's ongoing strategy toadvance itshigh-speed design flow and increase capabilities forsimulation ofhighly complex electronics circuits. By committing toparticipationin this program, Zuken is able to further develop thealready deepintegration between its own design solutions and theSynopsysHSPICE simulation tool.

With more than 20 years of experience workingwithHSPICE-basedsimulation in the design process, Zukenrecentlybroadened thescope to include HSPICE signal integrityanalysis inthe CR-5000Lightning high-speed design and analysissolution, inaddition tothe existing built-in IBIS-basedSIsimulationengine. For users of Zuken's CR-5000solutionworking on themost advanced designs, Zuken's aim is toleveragethis programparticipation to integrate CR-5000 Lightningmoretightly withHSPICE.

Toenhancelinkswith HSPICE, Zuken recently made further improvementsto thelatestversion of CR-5000 Lightning, their core high-speeddesignandanalysis environment; these improvements allow encryptedmodelstobe handled much more easily.
