Renishaw(雷尼绍) 非接触光栅系统安装与使用指南 RGH雷尼绍读数头技术原理 一个红外的发光二极管将光线发射到刻划光栅表面,反射光通过一个透明的相位光栅返回读数 头,在读数头内的检测面再把反射光细分生成正弦干涉条纹信号。 模拟式的读数头会直接输出正弦干涉条纹信号,而数字式的读数头,会把正弦干涉条纹信号经过 一个细分器,转变成数字信号。 当读数头移动,产生正弦干涉条纹信号,输出A、B两个周期方波信号。 这两个周期方波的相位差定义为分辨率S,根据读数头输出A、B信号的数量,可以计算出相对机 械行程, 而**度是根据分辨率S的高低定义。 雷尼绍读数头的设计,可将80多条的信号进行平均并有较地过滤出与相位周期不匹配的信号。
